I have always been involved with art in some way, focusing primarily on graphite drawings. I started watercolor painting as a hobby with my wife and son, which naturally led to me combining my drawings with my love for the watercolor aesthetic.

I have lived in Rhode Island my entire life and have been working full time in veterinary medicine since 2007. This work has allowed me the opportunity to interact with thousands of pets and their owners and has provided me with a deep understanding of not only the physical characteristics of these animals, but the special bond between owner and pet. I use this perspective to help bring out the animal’s personality through my paintings.
